Cancelling, taking your data and your domain

Leaving should be as simple as arriving.

Stopping

Three clicks from Subscription. Within the first 14 days you can withdraw: everything paid is refunded in full and the site stops at once. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of your commitment, or at the end of the current month if it is over. Your site stays online until then and nothing is charged afterwards.

Your bookings

Bookings already paid remain valid: they are between you and your guests, and the money is already in your Stripe account.

Your data

From My account, one button exports everything in open formats, and your photos download as an archive. Do it before the effective date.

Your domain

It is in your name at your registrar — there is nothing to recover. If we bought it for you, we transfer it to your account, free and without conditions.
