How much do platforms really cost you?

Pick your platform, then adjust to your statements. Gîtes de France: 10 to 20% depending on the departmental office (15% by default).

One lodging is included. A lodging is a unit with its own calendar, booked on its own: the bedrooms of a gîte do not count, so a 4-bedroom gîte rented as a whole is still one lodging. Additional lodging (a second gîte, cabin or flat): +€10 a month. B&B room booked separately, in the same house: +€5 a month. The supplement never exceeds €40 a month.
Start with a single lodging: you can add the others whenever you like, from your owner area, with no new commitment.

FAQ
Who owns the domain name?
You do. It is registered in your name: if you leave, you keep it.
How do I cancel?
After the first 6 months of commitment, cancel anytime from your client area in 3 clicks. No registered letter.
Who receives the guests' deposits?
You do, directly, through your own Stripe account. The money never goes through us and we take no commission on your bookings.
Does my Airbnb / Booking calendar stay up to date?
Yes. Your website imports your platform calendars every 30 minutes and exports your direct bookings to them, to prevent double bookings.
What about the French Le Meur law?
Your holiday rental registration number is displayed on each property. If it's missing, your dashboard flags it.
