Creating your account and signing in without a password

There is no password on your account: you receive a sign-in link by e-mail, you click it, you are in. Nothing to steal, nothing to forget.

Signing in

Enter your e-mail address on the sign-in page. The link arrives within a minute, lasts 10 minutes and works once. Your session then stays open for 30 days on that device.

The link does not arrive

Check your spam folder first — that is the answer nine times out of ten. Then check the spelling of the address: an unknown address receives nothing, and the page deliberately does not say so, which is what stops someone testing addresses to find out who has an account.

Adding someone to your account

From My account, invite a co-manager: a partner, an employee, a property manager. They get their own sign-in links and see the same screens, except two — they cannot change the plan or cancel the subscription. Those stay with the account owner.
