Changing template
You can change the whole look without losing anything: texts, photos and bookings are independent of the template.
The two languages
Every field has a French and an English version. An empty English field falls back to the French text — better than a blank, worse than a real translation.
What new words will not fix
If bookings are not coming, rewriting the introduction rarely helps. In order of weight: the first photo, the price, the availability shown, and only then the text. Start at the top of that list rather than at the bottom.
