Describing the property: capacity, amenities, rules

This page describes what is rented, not the area. It feeds the public page, the price calculation and the legal information.
Capacity
The maximum number of guests you accept. It is displayed publicly and limits booking. Count real beds: a sofa bed counts, but say so in the description.
Amenities
Tick what you actually have — these drive filters and icons, and a ticked amenity that is missing is the leading cause of an argument on arrival. The most looked-at: wifi, parking, washing machine, heating or air conditioning, pets.
Pets
Three possible answers: allowed, not allowed, allowed under conditions. The third needs one sentence of explanation, or it raises more questions than it settles.
House rules
Arrival and departure times, parties, smoking, number of cars. Written here, they appear before booking and in the confirmation, which is what lets you enforce them without conflict.
Registration number
Required for a French holiday rental, displayed automatically once entered. Each property has its own.
