Setting your rates, seasons and minimum stays

The price a traveller sees is worked out in a precise order. Knowing it avoids nights sold at the wrong price.
The order
The base rate applies per night all year. A season rule replaces it over a period; where two overlap, the most recent wins, so create the broadest first. Then length-of-stay discounts, then the options the guest picks, then the tourist tax, per person per night.
Minimum stays
A season rule can carry its own minimum. Be aware that a seven-night minimum in high season protects your July weekends but also closes your last free week — plan to lower it as the date approaches.
